How it started
In 2012 I walked into my first IELTS class as a trainer. What I found surprised me. Students were collecting advice from everywhere, and much of it contradicted the rest. There were many methods and very little that was reliable, so learners finished more confused than when they began.
That was when I knew what I wanted to do. For 14 years since, I have tried to give students a good place to learn, study material that works and instructions they can follow without second-guessing.
IELTS Hub is the latest chapter. It lets me reach far more students than one classroom can, and keep making IELTS preparation straightforward and easy to reach.
The people behind the work
We moved from Bathinda to Jalandhar in November 2024. My family keeps me grounded, and they are the reason I still enjoy Monday mornings.

My mother, Gurvinder Kaur
The biggest influence on my life is my mother. Through some very hard years, her patience and love never wavered, and none of what I have built would exist without her. She taught me to work hard, to be kind and never to give up on a dream. I try to pass those lessons on to every student I teach.
What I am working towards
Every student deserves clear, reliable IELTS preparation. In practice, that means four things.
- A learning space where students feel supported and confident.
- Study material that works, checked against what the exam really asks.
- Instructions clear enough that nobody is left guessing what to do next.
- IELTS preparation that reaches students everywhere, through IELTS Hub.
