The table illustrates the findings of three surveys conducted in 2000, 2005, and 2010, which investigated various aspects of a single university.
At a glance, it is apparent that the satisfaction levels of the students and the staff, as well as the university's reputation, underwent changes over the decade. The most noticeable trend was the fluctuation in student satisfaction rates.
In 2000, the satisfaction rate of the students was relatively high at 67%, but it dropped sharply to 52% in 2005. However, it rebounded to 65% in 2010, showing a significant recovery. The staff satisfaction rate, on the other hand, saw a steady decline from 64% in 2000 to 58% in 2005, and further down to 50% in 2010.
The university's reputation also experienced a decline, albeit less dramatic. It started at a high of 70% in 2000, dropped slightly to 68% in 2005, and then fell more steeply to 60% in 2010. This suggests that despite the recovery in student satisfaction, the overall perception of the university deteriorated over the ten-year period.
