A local college wants people with a job to come and talk to students about what it is like to work. You would like to come forward and talk to the students about your job.

I am writing to express my interest in coming to your college to talk to the students about my job.

During my talk, I would like to discuss the daily responsibilities and challenges of working as a software engineer in a tech company. I will also share insights into the exciting projects I have been a part of and the skills needed to succeed in this field. Additionally, I plan to touch upon the career growth opportunities and the impact of technology on various industries.

Students would be interested in my job as a software engineer because it is a rapidly growing and in-demand field with diverse opportunities. I believe sharing my experiences and journey in this industry can inspire students who are considering a career in technology. Understanding the real-world applications of their studies can motivate them to pursue related fields and set ambitious career goals.

I suggest conducting the talk on Friday, 15th October at 10:00 am in the college auditorium. This timing would allow maximum student participation without disrupting their regular classes. I am flexible with the schedule and can adjust to a time that suits the college's calendar.
