Privacy Policy

IELTS Hub (www.ielts-hub.com) is run by Hardev Singh from Punjab, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

• Account details: your name, email address, username, profile picture and, if you give it, your phone number.
• What you send us: essays and letters submitted for evaluation, images of handwritten work, chat messages and attachments, support tickets, and your study goals and practice progress.
• Purchases: what you bought, the amount, and payment references. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never receive or store them. For bank transfers we keep the transfer reference you give us.
• Devices: an identifier for each device you sign in on, so we can apply the three-device limit for paid content.
• Usage: pages visited, clicks and approximate location (country) from your IP address, collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which may record how you move through a page. We use the country to show prices in your currency.

• to run your account and give you access to what you bought;
• to mark and return your writing evaluations;
• to answer your messages and support requests;
• to send service emails and messages about your orders and evaluations;
• to prevent fraud and the sharing of paid content;
• to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the services that run the site for us, and only what they need:

• Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in, database, file storage and server functions);
• Razorpay (payments);
• Cloudflare (network delivery and security);
• Zoho Mail (sending service emails);
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics);
• Cloudinary (storing images you upload for transcription);
• AI service providers that help prepare evaluation drafts and read handwritten essays; they receive the essay text or image, not your account details.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Your information is stored with the providers above, which may keep it on servers outside India. We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account exists and as required for tax and accounting. Essay text submitted for evaluation is deleted automatically after two years.

The site uses cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember settings such as screen brightness and reader preferences, keep your cart, and measure usage through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as signing in, may then stop working.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data. Some records, such as completed purchases, may need to be kept for legal reasons. Email us from the address on your account and we will reply within 30 days.

The site is meant for IELTS candidates and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
