Terms of Service

IELTS Hub (www.ielts-hub.com) is run by Hardev Singh from Punjab, India ("we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who visits the site, creates an account or buys anything from it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

IELTS is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. IELTS Hub is an independent preparation service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with them. Practice tests, band scores and feedback on this site are estimates for preparation only and are not official results. We do not guarantee any score in a real test.

• Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is for one person. Paid content can be used on up to three registered devices per account.
• We may suspend or close an account that shares paid content, abuses the service or breaks these terms, without a refund.

• Prices are shown on the product page. Online card, UPI and net-banking payments are processed in Indian Rupees by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
• Buyers outside India may pay by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal. Access is given once we confirm the payment has arrived.
• We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order that has already been paid.

All products are digital. Nothing is shipped. Books, evaluation credits and course access are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes; manually confirmed payments can take up to 24 hours. If access does not appear, contact us with your payment ID.

Evaluations are reviewed by our IELTS examiners against the official IELTS band descriptors, using AI software as an assistant and a tool. Our target turnaround is 12 hours from submission. If we miss it, we add a replacement credit to your account. Evaluation credits are valid for 60 days from purchase.

All books, answers, lessons, videos, recordings and other material on the site belong to IELTS Hub. Buying a product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own preparation. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or publish it elsewhere. Downloaded PDFs are marked with the buyer's details.

Do not use the site to break the law, harass anyone, submit work that is not yours for evaluation, upload harmful files, scrape or copy content in bulk, or try to get around access controls.

The site and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and available but do not promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Punjab, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
