Refund Policy

Everything sold on IELTS Hub is a digital product or service that is delivered to your account as soon as payment is confirmed. For that reason no purchase is refundable, in whole or in part.

This covers every product, including:

• books and book bundles, including the online reader and the downloadable PDF;
• writing evaluation packs and individual evaluation credits, whether used, unused or expired;
• special batches, courses, classes, recordings and online portal access;
• memberships and any other paid access.

Refunds are not given for a change of mind, for buying the wrong product, for not using what you bought, for a test result or band score, or for credits that expire before you use them.

Every book has a free preview in the online reader, and the evaluations page shows a sample report. Please read the preview and the product description before paying. If you have a question about what a product includes, ask us first on WhatsApp or by email.

Evaluation credits are valid for 60 days from purchase. If an evaluation you submitted is not returned within the stated turnaround time, we add a replacement evaluation credit to your account. This compensation is given as a credit, never as money.

A payment error is not a refund request. If money left your account but the order did not complete, or you were charged twice for the same order, write to us within 7 days with the payment ID. We will check the payment with our payment provider and either deliver what you paid for or reverse the duplicate debit.

Where a product renews automatically, you can stop future renewals at any time by contacting us. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period.
