In general, it can be seen that there was a significant shift in the education level of women over the 50-year period. The proportion of women who had no education decreased dramatically, while those with a university education increased substantially.
In 1945, the majority of women in Someland, approximately 60%, had no education, while only 30% had completed primary education. A mere 5% had secondary education, and an even smaller proportion, 5%, had been to a university.
By contrast, in 1995, the situation had reversed. The percentage of women with no education had plummeted to 5%, while those with primary education had dropped to 20%. Meanwhile, the proportion of women with secondary education had risen to 30%, and remarkably, the percentage of women with a university degree had surged to 45%, making it the most common level of education among women in Someland.
