Partner terms

These terms apply to IELTS Hub's partner programme: earning commission by referring students to IELTS Hub (www.ielts-hub.com), which is run by Hardev Singh from Punjab, India ("we", "us"). A student's own purchases are covered by our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, not by this page.

• Anyone can apply. Consultants, teachers, tutors and colleges are the usual partners.
• You apply on the partner page, signed in to your IELTS Hub account, and give accurate details.
• You are a partner only after we approve your application and send you your partner code. We decide who joins and may refuse an application without giving a reason.

• You earn 20% of the money we actually receive for purchases made by students you refer, unless we agree a different rate with you in writing.
• It applies to live batches, books and essay marking.
• Your own purchases earn nothing.
• A partner code never changes the price a student pays.

• The first partner who sends a student is credited with that student's purchases for 90 days.
• A student is sent by you when they use your link, type your code at checkout, send the WhatsApp message our site pre-fills with your code, or tell us your name.
• When a student pays outside the site, for example by UPI or on WhatsApp, the payment counts if we log it against your code.

A commission is ready to pay 30 days after the student pays. The gap covers payment errors and chargebacks. If a payment is reversed, the commission on it is cancelled.

• We pay once a month by UPI to the UPI ID you give us on your partner page. We pay by UPI only, so commission is open to partners with an Indian UPI ID; anyone may use the free CLB widget.
• We pay when the commission ready to pay reaches ₹2,000. Below that, it carries over to the next month.
• We may hold a payout while we check a sale.
• Your dashboard shows every sale, what you earned on it and every payout.

• Spam or bulk messages, including messages to people who have not asked to hear from you.
• Promising a band, a score, a visa or admission to any college or country.
• Using "IELTS Hub" or "Hardev Singh" in ads, domain names, app names or social media handles.
• Posing as IELTS Hub staff, or saying you speak for us.
• Listing your code on coupon or deal sites.
• Any misleading claim about IELTS Hub, its classes, its prices or its results.

We may pause or close your partner account. We may also cancel the commissions linked to the breach.

You never see the names or contact details of the students you refer. Your dashboard shows the product, the amount and the commission only. To run the programme we store your name, contact details and UPI ID. See our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the tax on what you earn. Where the law requires it, we deduct tax at source before paying you.

We may change these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect. If we end the programme, we pay the commissions you have already earned.
